1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website and/or engaging in psychotherapy services with Dr Magdalena Marczak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or the services provided.

2. Professional standards

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a member of the BABCP (Membership Number: ). I operate in accordance with the professional ethical frameworks and codes of conduct set out by my accrediting body.

3. Psychotherapy services

  • Consultations: Initial consultations are used to determine suitability for CBT. I reserve the right to refer you to more appropriate services if I believe my clinical approach is not the best fit for your needs.
  • Online therapy: All sessions are delivered via secure video platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a private space and a stable internet connection for your sessions.

4. Cancellations and postponements

To maintain a fair and professional practice, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 48-hour notice: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged at the full session rate.

5. Payments

  • Fees: My current session fees will be communicated to you during our initial contact.
  • Payment method: Payments are to be made via bank transfer.
  • Timing: Payment is required within 24 hours of the completed session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
